Laser Lab is pleased to announce the addition of Paige Flory as Director of Business Development. Paige brings a valuable mix of sales, marketing, business, technology and life experience to the Laser Lab team. A native to Lancaster County, Paige left the area to study Communication Arts at Hood College in Maryland, and then moved to California to work in technology sales and marketing the Silicon Valley. It was during that time in her IT sales and marketing career she learned the importance of differentiating herself through a value-added, service-oriented, partnership approach to serving customers, not just pushing boxes. Fast forward some 20+ years later and Paige finds herself back to her roots in Central Pennsylvania, eager to expand Laser Lab’s Managed Print and Managed It Service offerings to the area’s small and medium sized business community.
When asked about her new role, Paige says: “Leveraging my experience with value-added partnership principles, I endeavor to see Laser Lab become an extension of our clients’ businesses, taking care of their IT and Print solutions seamlessly and cost-effectively. Our Managed Services solutions enable our customers to focus on their core business strength; we do what we do best, so our clients can focus on what they do best! We recognize that many small and mid-size business have limited or no dedicated IT staff, yet they still require the latest security, storage, backup, network functionality and end- user support to remain competitive in the current marketplace. That is why we have designed our Managed IT Solutions to be customizable and completely scalable for any size client; we can offload some of it or we can do it all.”
“Additionally, our popular Managed Print Services solutions deliver total customer care, combining the costs for printer toner supply, unexpected repair, and regular maintenance of business printers into a manageable and predictable cost per page monthly billing program. Whether it is for one home-based business printer or an entire fleet of office and company-wide business machines across several locations, I love that Laser Lab’s commitment to excellence and customer service remains the same,” adds Paige. “I am delighted to be part of such an established community partner and customer-focused team.”
When not building business for Laser Lab, Paige enjoys decorating, gourmet cooking and entertaining friends in her unique historic Ephrata home; spending time with her busy five-year-old adopted son; hiking, camping, traveling around Pennsylvania and beyond; and volunteering at her church and in the community.
